There is a strong chance of rain this weekend. It will most likely wash away the snow that has been our common background for several weeks here. With the loss of this slippery covering, hills will return to their quieter nature. I imagine there will be more snow in the coming weeks, but I don't expect another pack of fast snow like we have now.
I am getting ready to part ways with an old friend. I have known the 1992 Toyota Camry since it came off the lot and rolled into our garage back in Maryland as "the new car." Mom still thinks about it this way. It has needs now. Needs that I just can't bring myself to meet. I'll try to get some picture of it so we have something to hang on to.
